Not cooked with love at all, The only restaurant is a two hour wait after u place your order, the salad bar had a slice of cheese n few other things at the Jerk spot, the rooms are down right filthy, I usually go every year dont know what happen but its nothing but a Motel 6 masquerading as an all inclusive. It is obvious they have cut staff one cook to cook all the meals in the Jamaican Resturant, drinks are watered down, base boards all around just caked with dirt, all inclusive but no alcohol drinks served till 10am if someone say anything other than dirty n nasty they are lying or they are don't know good food u don't mind it being unclean, I use to love those place but no more, it's horrific Read less

This is a very nice hotel. They are currently undergoing renovations which I love to see. It shows they care about this property. The staff is top notch. Everyone was friendly. The girl who checked me in was exceptionally and your front desk staff really sets the tone for your stay. The entertainment team stays busy! They are running activities, working towel exchanges, and every time you see them they seem genuinely happy. The bartenders are also fantastic. They also provide entertainment whether having a conversation, or singing and dancing to the music it is always a great time at the bar. I don’t run into the housekeeping staff as much but when I did they were always so kind. Also, the person cleaning our room did a great job and always left us a fresh bottle of water. I caught a few names while we were there, but unfortunately I am going off memory because I very seldomly had my phone with me to take notes. I was just having too much fun. Julian at the lobby bar, Damian at the pool bar, Daniel and Taneisha at Soul restaurant, Vanilla, Zoey, Rosé, MJ, JJ, Fresh and Energy on the entertainment staff. Also, Wayne who I believe is a lifeguard was the best! He spoke to me and my husband everyday and would even tell us about other parts of Jamaica. It was like short history lessons which I loved. I enjoy learning more about the places I visit and hearing it from a person is always better than any tour you may go on. I also love the access to the sister property. Thy are connected so well that it just feels like one property with two buildings. The sister proper has a coffee shop where we started every morning and afternoon with a frozen coffee with run cream. The first day back to work was sad because my coffee had no rum cream! The view at this hotel is unmatched. The water is beautiful and you are even able to walk out into the water to do some snorkeling. We brought our own masks, but you may be able to rent some on the beach. If you enjoy snorkeling I suggest you snorkel right on property before you leave to do a snorkel trip. My only small complaint is the food can get a little repetitive. It isn’t bad but it is kind of boring at times. I enjoyed the dinner restaurants at each property, but buffet lunch became a little boring for me. We did leave the resort a couple of times during lunch so it was nice to see some local spots. Overall I enjoyed my stay and plan to be back. Read less

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS AND SELL THEM IN THE GIFT SHOP! I don't know where this is acceptable but after traveling all day I needed a shower and had to cut a towel in pieces for our family. I think the nice lady who had to tell us "THAT IS NOT AN AMENITY WE PROVIDE" WAS EMBARRASSED to even say it. Read less

Beautiful scenery 5 min from the airport so good for short stays Safe property felt very safe as a solo woman tourist. Cons: The pool closes at 5 pm???!!! The staff loves to say NO. and scold you like a child. The only option for food mid day is the beach snack bar but they run out of stuff and wait time can be up to 45 min for fries. A staff member screamed at me for getting my own ketchup ( like aggressively screaming at me 😑 All in all pretty good budget travel especially for a quick trip and clean beaches Read less

Food is decent as well, and they will feed you, so come prepared to eat and drink. Keep in mind that if you drink specific brand liquors, you will be disappointed, but you can bring your own and get unlimited mixers from the bar. Everyone guest has personal insulated cups. What sells this hotel are the people. Fresh, Zoie, Bugzy, Rozay, are really great entertainers. They will make sure you have a great. I was super impressed. Also, the ladies in the buffet area were very sweet. I would return based on the service alone but I would like to see some updates to the property. Also, PROMOTE THE CLUB on the property. It’s really nice and I know people would love that. Read less
