Lying on a beautiful, long stretch of private beach, the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa sits within 400 lush acres and is home to an 18th-century sugar plantation. A popular feature here is the iconic swimming pool but guests (kids' especially) also love the Sugar Mill Falls Waterpark, which is the largest in Jamaica. Why not grab a tube and float down the ‘lazy river’ or try one of the slides. 495 rmodern rooms and suites on 7 floors in 2 buildings with 4 lifts. All with private balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, cable TV, small fridge (stocked on request), safe, cot* (on request), iron and board and hairdryer. Resort View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All Inclusive of: all meals and snacks. Locally branded and premium drinks by the glass. All activities and entertainment (excluding golf and motorised water sports) unless otherwise stated.

Partial Ocean View Rooms offer pool and ocean views on the lower floors and partial ocean and mountain views on the higher floors with either a balcony or patio, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Front Rooms offer great sea views from your balcony or patio, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Front Walk Out Rooms have a private patio with direct access to the resorts garden and sea views. Rooms with either 1 king bed, or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. From the time we stepped on the grounds everyone was so kind and attentive to our needs. The staff was very informative, and were available to assist with any concerns. I am not a buffet person but I must say Fresh had the best food.

The Hilton Rose Hall in Montego Bay is one of my favorite resorts in Jamaica. The food is great and the staff are very friendly. I would like to thank these staff members for their hospitality. - Miricardo, Front Desk -Amevia, Excellent waitress Seaside Restaurant -Wilmot Livingston Manager at the Breakfast Buffett.

He called the room and introduced himself and said that he was our POC for any needs/concerns at the resort. If we had any problems or concerns, he'd look into it. He certainly delivered. He coordinated us reservations to some restaurants because we weren't having any luck. When we arrived the shower pressure wasn't that good so we called it in. Brandon, one of the maintenance staff, came up and replaced our shower head and added a washer to the faucet. Patrine was one of the people that serviced our room. She did a phenomenal job. We always came back to the room to find fresh towels, room cleaned and beds made. I can't think of the other young lady that took care of our room. Andrea, one of the servers always wore a beautiful smile while attending to us on the beach. She always took care of us in a cheerful manner and such a radiant smile. I really the nightly entertainment. I enjoyed the silent music night. The food was great nightly. I enjoyed all of the restaurants and the buffet. Berton, at the pool, was also helpful. I lost my Ray-ban sunglasses at the lazy river and he got in the pool and helped me look for them. We didn't find them but I was so touched that he'd go that extra mile to help. I can't recall the gentleman that took me on my first single hand catamaran. I had a great time. I enjoyed the beachside massage. I certainly recommend this resort. Read less

Botanists from the Hilton diamond desk was a big help. A couple entrees. From the restaurants were below par but when we told our server they were quick to get us something else. The reservation system buying wine to reserve sucked. $42 for a crappy bottle that you could get at total wine for $7 was bad. We only did that once. We usually got a reservation by standing in line for 15 minutes. If the wait is going to be longer they will give you a pager. It really only deserves 4.5 stars but the kind people that work here made me feel generous Read less

My entire family was served raw chicken nuggets, showing the colour pink inside and full of jelly. It’s awful and there is no accountability for serving raw chicken nuggets. Not only attempted poisoning, the hotel is in need of a refurb… shocking
