Diamond Club™ Luxury Beach Walkout Room features direct access to the beach from your patio, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults, or 1 adult and 2 children, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Diamond Club™ Luxury Presidential Two Bedroom Suites, with garden or ocean views, are ideal for groups or families. Featuring a spacious seating area and separate bedrooms with 1 king-size bed and 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 kids, or 4 adults and 4 kids. 

The ultimate, Diamond Club™ Chairman’s Two, Three, or Four Bedroom Suites offer a separate seating area, kitchenette, dining table and pool table. Outside you can enjoy views of the ocean from a furnished balcony or terrace that also includes and soaking tub. These suites can sleep up to a maximum of 16 people, with maximum 12 adults in the four bedroom suite.

Great resort! Clean rooms. Lots and I mean lots of stairs. 46 stairs to go from our room to the main areas. Food was yummy, drinks were strong. Omelettes for breakfast everyday were a must. We stayed at the diamond club section of the resort the rooms were nice and clean and the service was excellent. The beach is beautiful and the resort was beautiful and well kept. My only complaint would be about the food. I have stayed at many resorts ( Cuba Cancun, tulum, antigua, ) and I would rank the food as one of the worst (after post Covid Cuban resorts). The buffet food was not always fresh and often not very tasty. For example at breakfast I saw mozzarella sticks from the night before refried and served to guests. Another example being a cheese platter which was blocks of cream cheese cut into mid size portions and served to guests (???). The Italian restaurant was probably the worst food experience the meatballs tasted like rubber and the pizza dough was like cardboard. For the price paid I expected better food and the only way I would return to this resort is if the food was upgraded…I just want to say the food quality was not a reflection of the hardworking and dedicated employees who really did their best to accommodate guests. This was our second visit. We previously visited in March in 2024 as a family and returned this year for a couple of nights. Upon check in it was chaos in reception with people checking out and hardly any staff to help. There was an issue with our booking and we were told it wouldn’t take long…..one hour later we were still waiting. We booked a luxury room, however it was an ok room but definitely not what I had last time, 3rd floor and basic room with only a shower instead of the lovely bathroom we had with a tub last year. We made reservations that night for the Italian only to turn up with other guest to find it closed….. when we all went to reception they didn’t care and it took an age to sort out some resolution. On the whole the stay was fine but the front of house staff seemed irritated by any issues instead of helping. That being said the ice cream and coffee staff were lovely, the vibe team were very entertaining so I would say it was a good place to stay but I would probably book another place next time. Read less
