The room was always cleaned, Rosan was amazing, she even made us a bath on our last night. We definitely recommend sandals, she made sure our room is cleaned and have everything stocked in our fridge. We stayed in 1218 and had a beautiful room we will be backnin the future

This was our second time at a sandals resort. In our opinion Sandals Royal Caribbean was the best one yet. We had 2 butlers Monique and Melesia who were fantastic. We were so happy with our accommodations and the resort as a whole, we booked another vacation in October of this year’s

Not as good as it has been in the past but can easily relate to other guests comments. Building works still going on but did not detract or invade our privacy as it seriously did on our holiday last year. Breakfast and lunch restaurants, food excellent with plenty of choice. However, the food and service in some of the evening restaurants left a lot to be desired. Bombay and Thai of course were exceptional in both quality of food and service. Mark (100mph) the restaurant manager in Bombay is clearly the best restaurant manager within the resort! Trying to get into the Italian restaurant was just about impossible unless you arrived really early for dinner. Doesn’t help when the hotel closed the Italian on what was meant to be its open night. No reason given. Staff in the bars were there usual selves. You could be the only person standing there and they would just ignore you. A bit of the green stuff and a chat however went a long way to bridging the gap and remembering you when attending the piano bar. Accommodation was great and both of our rooms were clean and tidy with well stocked bar wine, juices anwater with plenty of Blue mountain coffee available. Bathroom again well stocked withRed Lane Spa soaps, shampoo etc. Towells always available. Rosan kept our room spotless, one up for her.👍 Finally, our Butlers, Andre (Bossy) and Katrina, great fun, shaky start but after that they looked after our every need brilliant. Thank you. Talking of butlers, we would also like to thank Monique, Andre and Ellis who recognized us from previous vacations who regularly checked on us to ensure we were ok and have a chat. Although we had a couple of issues with our meals at the start of our Holiday. Andre the manager at reception and the F&B manager ensured that we were looked after at the restaurants. Unfortunately, after more than 24 years vacationing at various Sandals resorts our time has come to stop. Our room 2118 is in dire need of upgrade and is very outdated. The restaurants are basic apart from a small selection. We visited the sister hotel Sandals, Montego Bay which was better, bigger beach and had some nicer restaurants. The food lacked flavour and variety. The entertainment was abysmal. The staff were very helpful and did everything they could to ensure your stay was enjoyable, the room was spotless and our Butlers were on hand at your every need. Our Butlers were Sheldon & Andre.
