staff food and beach was excellent! check in was seemless they allowed late checkout the food was prepared excellently and the staff always made sure everything was clean. room service was fast and preferred benefits were well worth the extra money.

Wife and I went to get out of the cold and celebrate our anniversary. Found the staff here amazing. Food was excellent. Entertainment was varied and quite good. Partial ocean view room seemed a little tired and spartan. No sitting chair in the room. Only disappointment was the beach. It’s as wide as the property but narrow with quite a drop from… Read more
Wife and I went to get out of the cold and celebrate our anniversary. Found the staff here amazing. Food was excellent. Entertainment was varied and quite good. Partial ocean view room seemed a little tired and spartan. No sitting chair in the room. Only disappointment was the beach. It’s as wide as the property but narrow with quite a drop from where the loungers are to the water. Lots of public traffic on the beach has people passing quite closely. In this area of development along the shore the hotels are close to each other and the properties are rather narrow unlike the sprawling properties further in to the hotel zone. Guess Secrets The Vine is moving into the convention business, and forgetting their paying guests. Hopefully they be able to sink the money into the beach, and adding more… Read more

Guess Secrets The Vine is moving into the convention business, and forgetting their paying guests. Hopefully they be able to sink the money into the beach, and adding more staff. This location falls short of expectations in the Secrets chain of resorts. Secrets needs to establish a quality control group to over see each establishment is on par. Secrets the Vine in the hotel zone of Cancun was an amazing location. We booked an oceanfront room, which had views of the turquoise ocean and the lagoon. Friendly staff and enjoyed the three pools and hot tub. Plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy.
