We went to Serenity for seven nights for our honeymoon, and we definitely made the right decision! The service at Serenity was absolutely fantastic! The suite was clean there was certainly never a need for clean towels! Nerissa our butler was wonderful. She created a schedule for us before arriving and planned any additional activities we needed (get the grand romance package if you can). All other employees were also wonderful - a few stand-outs from our experience were Davidson, Ray, Kevin, Tyler, Netoya, Jemma, Hannah and Jonathan the coconut man. Daily, there were different resort activities such as jazz dinner, rum tasting, paint and sip, karaoke, and bbq lunch; there was always something to do, with the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. This resort is also good for all ages, as there were newlyweds up to 50-year married couples.

Staff members were extremely friendly and attentive. Our butler, Daniel saw to all our needs. Kevin, Ray, Delon, Natoya, Joela, and Hannah were always there with a smile while serving drinks or meals. Tracy and Rosie took care of our suite with an inspiring message left with a new towel folded animal on our bed each day. You owe it to yourself to check into this resort.

We were at Serenity for a week in January to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level, starting with the VERY short drive from the airport.
The suite was spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio where we had breakfast every day (delivered through the thoughtful “box” for privacy).
The food at the Great House was outstanding at every meal, with a nice number of options. Pro tip: try the shrimp mac and cheese at lunch!). We heard that the restaurants at Coconut Bay were very good, as well, but we didn’t feel the need to go there. There were 2 special dinners around the pool that were also excellent (even though one was rained out the staff rallied and rescued the situation, and the experience and food were still great). Drinks were plentiful, generous, and of good quality. It was fun to try drinks we normally don’t have.
We had the romance package, which included a pool cabana day and a beach cabana day. These were both very enjoyable and comfortable. Having food delivered to us in them was a treat. We especially enjoyed our tour of the island with a private driver (Richie), where we learned about the history, culture, and horticulture of St. Lucia. Definitely do the mud bath and waterfall, and visit the beautiful Botanical Garden. Our private cabana dinner was wonderful. We finished our week with the sunset jazz cruise, with views of the coast, and although there was some rain it didn’t dampen the experience, and provided us with dramatic rainbows.
The staff at Serenity was incredibly accommodating.
Having a butler was a new experience for us. Our butler Kaisha was friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She saw to our every need without being intrusive, and thoughtfully provided us with a special anniversary celebration in our suite, which was a surprise and very much appreciated.
We also want to acknowledge others who stood out, including Kuade (our relief butler), Ray (bartender), Patrice and Trisha (who looked after our room every day, leaving us lovely notes and towel sculptures), Charles and Lee (who did a bit of everything), and Davidson (our private cabana dinner host).
We highly recommend a visit to Serenity, which lives up to its name.

Loved it but be ready for mosquitoes

The reason why I gave 4 stars is because the mosquitos were completely awful. The resort provided a few different sprays but they were not beneficial. But other than that (which you can avoid by going during a different time of year) we would definitely recommend.
