Hotel information

349 rooms and 34 villas situated on the hills, like a small village built in clusters. All with balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, 32” LCD TV,  complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, fully-stocked mini-bar*, safe, bathrobes, hairdryer, walk in shower, iron and ironing board. Standard Guest Rooms have a village view, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds and sofa, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

All Inclusive option: includes

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the Cinnamon Restaurant, including tea/coffee

- Selected brands of mineral water, chilled juices, soft drinks, beers, wine and spirits, served by the glass at Cinnamon restaurant, pool bar, beach bar and lounge bar daily from 11:00am–11:00pm

We had our first visit to The Cove in January, and it won’t be our last – an almost perfect holiday! The review below is based on our experience, and I hope it helps others. The 4-star rating reflects the surprise of the Ultra All Inclusive option, rather than the hotel staff or facilities. Positives: - Setting: Beautiful and scenic. The resort is large, but buggies are always available to shuttle you around quickly. - Food: The Ultra All Inclusive option was fantastic. The private beach club was especially romantic, with amazing service – we even had it to ourselves on a couple of nights. The best Carbonara I have ever had and the seafood BBQ was fab! - Staff: Ahmed and Nabin were excellent, ensuring our sun loungers were set up daily, and attending to all our needs. - Spa: Gamel and Ahmed were knowledgeable and friendly. Bibee’s massage worked wonders for my partner's trapped nerve. - Rooms: Spacious, clean, and always immaculate, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. - Breeze Bar Staff: Professional and attentive – they often knew what we wanted before we even asked. Negatives: - Ultra All Inclusive Surprise: We weren’t informed about the Ultra All Inclusive option until check-in, which was a shock as it required an additional £900. The standard all-inclusive is VERY basic, with limited options. Yes you get Cinnamon Restaurant 3 times a day, but you take your life in your hands when eating there due to the pushing and rudeness from other guests. Apart from that, the choice is a baguette or a salad from the pool bars (there are other options but these are chargeable, which we weren’t made aware of at booking) – very limiting and not on par with other all inclusive options we’ve had. Transparency before arrival would have been appreciated, as we felt misled initially. Once upgraded, the experience was definitely worth it. - Children’s Area at Cinnamon: Families should be directed to the designated children’s area within Cinnamon. Adults, especially at night, don’t want to have a romantic meal surrounded by loud, running kids. This is also the same with Balisico - there should be a families section in a separate area. Its meant to feel as its an exclusive experience but it didn't feel like that surrounded by noisy children. This wasn’t enforced by staff, and could be improved for a more peaceful dining experience. Overall, a great stay, but clearer communication to guests on the Ultra All inclusive and some small adjustments would enhance the experience even further. Read less

Such a wonderful experience, celebrated our wedding anniversary and the surprise complimentary decor, cakes and fruits are wonderful. Room service is top notched. Specially the buffet staff Han and his team are very accomodating. For sure we will be back for more celebrations.

Had a wonderful time with family at Cove Rotana. Lovely resort by the beach. Lively and peaceful in equal measure. Great bfast spread👍. Dinner at Basilico was very good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Will surely return soon to create few more good memories
