Villa Nautica, Paradise Island offers over 200 villas suites, all with air-conditioning, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi access, complimentary beach towels, satellite TV, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar* and twice daily housekeeping. 

Beach Villas feature an outdoor shower, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Half Board: daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner at Bageecha or *The Lagoon.

All-Inclusive: includes breakfast lunch and dinner at Bageecha or The Lagoon, as well as one à la carte meal per person, per stay, when staying a minimum of five nights. All-day soft drinks, mineral water, select specialty drinks such as milkshakes, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails and mocktails, from 10:00am until 01:00am. Beverages at à la carte are not part of the All-Inclusive plan. Drinks will however, be served from an All-Inclusive menu at these outlets. All-Inclusive guests will receive a 15% discount at à la carte restaurants. Mini-bar with two beers, two soft drinks, two juices, two wines and two assorted snack items (replenished once per day). Snorkelling equipment, all land sports and one sunset fishing excursion per person, per stay when staying a minimum of 6 nights. 10% discount on selected dive rates and 15% off spa treatments. Canoeing and windsurfing available for 1-hour per day, subject to availability and prior booking.

Room upgrades

Two-Bedroom Family Beach Villa is larger in size than the Deluxe Beach Villa with the addition of a separated living area. Sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Water Villa's are perched above the lagoon on stilts, with steps leading straight into the ocean. The Water Villa also provides a private sundeck for you relax and take in the sounds of the sea. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Beach Pool Villas offer stunning ocean views from the private plunge pool. This room type also offers direct beach access. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Beach Pool Villa, but with the addition of a private beach cabana. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Sunset Deluxe Beach Pool Villa feature indoor and outdoor seating areas, private pool with sun terrace and direct access to the beach. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Water Villas with Whirlpool offers the same great amenities as the Water Villa, with the addition of a private whirlpool on the villa's sundeck. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Ocean Beach Pool Villas offer peace and tranquillity in one of the most undisturbed areas of the resort. With it's very own private pool and sundeck, this is the choice place to unwind. Sleeps maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

One-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool offer generous living space and a plunge pool on the private sundeck. Complimented by direct step access to the ocean, this suite is positioned for astonishing sunrise views. Sleeps maximum 2 adults.

Two-Bedroom Ocean Suites with Pool provides a similar layout to the one-bedroom alternative, with an additional bedroom and a sweeping plunge pool across the private sundeck. Sleeps maximum 4 adults.

Two-Bedroom Beach Villas with Two Pools are also available, sleeps maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Superb resort. Nice property. Located near Male international airport. Awesome surroundings. Resort has something for all the age group. Perhaps the only place in Maldives you can find such an amazing indian cuisine. Above all very supportive staff. Hospitality at its best.

Had a really wonderful time there. Spent 2 nights and it was worth the money. My Island host Mahdi was really really helpful throughout my stay. Had the best time of Maldives at Villa Nautica Pradise Island. Would like visit again. Highly recommended.

On arrival we were met by ERMY, she is absolutely amazing and catered to our needs for the whole holiday. We stayed for 13 days, 1st 7 were in the Beach Villa (252). These are nice little villas on the Sunrise side. They do need to be updated as they are looking a touch tired but never the less are really nice and the house cleaning staff are brilliant. The final 6 days (Ermy arranged) was an upgrade to a Sunset Pool Villa(119). This was stunning. Our House Cleaner Miraj was brilliant. A really nice guy who would chat to us about his family and ours and was an around nice guy and so pleasant. RENUKA and SUSONG in the bar were brilliant as were AJIMI and MANUKALA in the restaurant. Again it was great to talk everyday to the staff and really get to know them. What I didn't like was that "SOME GUESTS" naturally assumed that slavery still existed and the beautiful staff were at their beck and call and could be spoken too like dirt. I wish TripAdvisor could let the hotel do a scoring on guests as I'm sure this would be brutal. The food was fantastic albeit a little "samey" as we were there for 13 days but we made use of The Italian restaurant a couple of times and the food was superb. I do feel if you are there for an extended time you should on a FB package get a gratis meal in the restaurants outside of Ai Restaurant. Read less

Frying pans on which omelettes were made dirty and black, everything very dirty 4. Poor quality cold cuts 5. Water served in plastic bottles not opened in front of the customer which indicates that it is poured from the tap bad bitter taste 6. Ordered juice that is supposed to be squeezed is filled with water 7. Waiters as if they were slaves without a smile women smile like that 8. Price to quality raises doubts when it comes to meals 9. I lived in a bungalow with two separate bedrooms adjacent to each other no. 252 Living in this cottage a person also wants to sleep. Night time silence should be established from 11 PM to 6 AM . 10. In the cottage there should be a card written out what is due under Al. Inclisive and what we pay for 11. Returning by boat to the airport they serve water in bottles which they take back after arrival funny 12. I came to your hotel thinking about swimming on E folow or windsurfing equipment is missing or old worn out dangerous . Positive . Cleaning services very good staff tried hard Mrs. Ermi really professionally helped guests great job done in difficult conditions. Lack of appropriate body products against mosquitoes.
