As expected, Aria has a very busy casino for being in the center of the Strip. Hotel has a good variety of restaurants. Plenty of gaming options in the casino. The sports book is hidden and somewhat disappointing. Worth a visit for first time visitors.

We love staying at the Aria when we come to Las Vegas! The rooms and the resort are so much nicer than others that we have stayed with in the past. The staff and our VIP Host are always amazing! There is no where else that we consider staying when traveling to Las Vegas for vacations!

Aria is a nice enough hotel with fairly nice common areas and a luxury feel but the service leaves a lot to be desired. As well, be careful which room you get as there is a pretty vast difference from one 'base' room to the next. My room was a corner unit which had a very small window and was part of a lock-out that shared a connecting door with the suite next door. While that door remained closed the family staying next door could easily be heard through the door. This included a crying child at all hours of the day including early morning. I immediately put a room change request in when I got to the room but 5 days and several follow-up's later and I was never offered a room change. All of this while paying an average of $700 per night during a very busy week in Vegas - totally unacceptable. Another downside with this hotel is the quality of room service. Why are hotels still using Covid as an excuse for limited services? Room service was delivered in a bag with the food in a plastic box along with plastic utensils...really Aria? Also, when I tried to use the tablet in the room to request room service the order would not go through. The tablet stated that the wait for room service was 30 minutes. When I called to place my order instead I was told the wait was 2 hours! On another occasion my room was not serviced and after calling housekeeping to request the room be serviced I was told it would be done. Nope. It was never serviced that day. Bottom line - Aria is absolutely NOT at the level of other Las Vegas high end properties. I have stayed at Venetian and Wynn in the last couple of years and both are miles above Aria in terms of service but especially room-service and the quality of accommodations. I only chose Aria for this trip to collect Marriott Bonvoy points and because of some decent stays in the past but next time I will forgo the Marriott points to stay at a superior property. I felt very ripped off staying at Aria for the price. Read less

The rooms at the Tower Suites are fantastic, Roomy comfortable and a great view of the strip. The staff checking in & out were great. Always friendly. Javier's is one of the best restaurants in Vegas and the casino is clean and not so smokey. Been staying here for years and will always stay here.
