One reason for becoming a ‘regular’ at a particular property is consistency and the staff at this property are consistently amazing. If there is any possible way to make your stay better, this team of people will do it. From replenishing bottled water in your car to randomly approaching you in the lobby to ask if there is anything you need. The property itself is starting to look worn, particularly the elevators but not enough to dissuade me from returning. Hopefully a renovation is in its future. Read less

I’m very pleased with this property. Great location and the rooms are lovely. We were attended to from the moment we arrived and the front desk had 3 lovely staff to greet us on a late Friday night. The rooms are well designed and the bed is very comfortable. The rooms are recently refreshed and a warm coat design. We are staying for an event and… Read more

Great location and the valet parking here is reliably quick and efficient to drop off and pick up your car. M Club had a good breakfast, it was quite crowded on a Sunday AM. Nice views of LA and Century City from the hotel. The hotel does not have work desks in any of its rooms. They point to a small round end table in your room - and that's… Read more

I stayed at the Beverly Hills Marriott from July 28th to August 15th, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. Upon check-in, they charged me a $476 deposit, supposedly to cover potential damages. Fine, I understood that. But now, over a month after checking out, I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Weeks after leaving, they finally sent me an invoice full of ridiculous charges, including a fraudulent $75 pet fee — I didn’t even have a pet! On top of that, they tacked on a $180 “labor surcharge,” which was never mentioned during my booking or stay. These are clearly hidden fees meant to scam guests. Despite reaching out repeatedly, the hotel refuses to refund the bogus pet fee, the labor charge, or the rest of my deposit. It’s been over a month of trying to resolve this, and they’ve been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. This place is shady and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else — this hotel is all about ripping you off! Read less

I am a loyal Platinum Elite member of Marriott and I'm writing to express my shock at the horrendous experience I had at the Beverly Hills Marriot this week. I had booked a double room and when we arrived instead of the double I was given a king but not informed. Upon walking into the room and seeing the mistake I called the front desk to inform them and went to go back downstairs. On top of the dresser was a open condom wrapper and used dental floss. Disgusting! We were given a double room and went to go to sleep, the bedside lap would not turn off but instead became a strobe light flashing on and off. I did not want to try to pull the bedside credenza away from the wall to unplug so I called the front desk who said they would send an engineer. We waited 20 minutes, no one came so I called again. A front desk person came up and could not figure how to stop the light form flashing on and off, so instead of a solution, he simply said --how bout if I give you points> I said NO I cant sleep with a strobe light in my face and I had to tell him to find a way to unplug it. So this was the tip of the iceberg. The elevators are awful, Old and banged up. Lights for floors don't work. The hotel uses the passenger elevators for freight elevators so at times guests cannot get in the elevator as its full of furniture . Every morning at 7am, we were awoken by your employees using megaphones screaming about how they were striking. Horrible. But the absolute worst experience was when I went to check out. On my bill was a $150 charge for the restaurant which I never ate in and parking fees when I did not have a car. It took me 15 minutes of arguing with the front desk manager to get the charges removed while my uber I had ordered for the airport had to wait. Honestly, this hotel is horribly run, it is run down, while I was at the front desk trying to get my bill sorted out, another irate guest was complaining about no electricity in her room. Another Irate guest was complaining about the crappy elevators. A nightmare hotel. Read less
