Standard Rooms have city views, and 2 double beds, sleping maximum 4 persons. 

River View rooms have either 1 king size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 persons. 

Deluxe Rooms are larger in size, with city views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons. 

Corner Rooms have oversized windows with river or city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 persons. 

Talk Shop (all-day hangout for dining and drinks, with outdoor beer garden area).

I have been a Hilton Hotels brand traveler for over a decade because it was my place of employment for many years but the last stay I had at the Double Tree Hotel in Memphis was less that satisfactory so this time I decided to try a Hyatt Property. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the service and overall cleanliness of this property. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had the pleasure of occupying. I always told my employees that when guest visit a hotel the experience is quite different that the average purchase because typically they don't leave with anything tangible. They only leave with an experience, they pay hundreds of dollars for an experience. And the experience they have at the property dictates how they view your brand and whether they will continue to choose the brand time and time again regardless of the location. That experience includes cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the quality of the accommodations. With that being said, the Caption by Hyatt is an experience that I will not soon forget and I will definitely be back. I think I may have just found my new go-to property when I visit Memphis. I'm local, but I stayed at Caption during Memphis St Jude marathon weekend. A client and I were running the half marathon, and it was the perfect place to rest the night before. Very close to the starting line -very close to Beale and the Orpheum and anything you want to do downtown. Clean, chic, and great staff.

The nicest, most genuine, helpful staff i have ever encountered. Room was great, bed comfortable, super clean, literally nothing i could even question was close to being wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

This hotel is as close to home as you'll ever get...I loved it. There was no problems or concerns anywhere in or around this hotel. This hotel smell extra good as you enter and that was our first sign that we were in the RIGHT place. I loved my suite my friends want one next time lol.
