Booked this double tree solely based off price and free parking, but it was much more than that. Upon checking in, I was greeted by Tommy, the manager of the front desk. I asked if it was possible for them to accommodate an early check in, but the room I chose online was not yet available. Tommy was able to get me a better room free of charge and check me in about two hours early! In addition, he was able to accommodate a room credit based on my Hilton status for my friend and I which can be used at their snack shop or the bar. The customer service was unparalleled and I would stay here time and time again just based off the service alone.
Now on to the room, it’s something about Hilton beds being so COMFORTABLE! The bed, to the pillows and comforter make it a wonderful experience and I sleep like a baby. The room and bathroom was very clean. I will continue staying at this location whenever I visit the Orange County area.

Best hotel in Los Angeles and Orange County for truck drivers. I have never been disappointed with the cleanliness or customer service. The front desk lady Jessica H. always greets us with a huge smile. Thank you Doubletree of Buena Park for taking care of the truck drivers.

Nike at the front desk was so helpful. She was quick to help me and very personable. I was tired from a long day of travel and she provided me with everything I needed!
The hotel is very clean and the outside is well lit at night. I will stay here again based on the friendly service and quiet rooms.

Excellent service from staff, cleaning crew and the hotel staff in general. All very kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy with comfortable furnishings. The bed was a but fluffy for my tastes but it wasn't a huge deal breaker. Bathroom was great. Love the design and feel of the rooms. Great place to stay. Definitely will return.
