Only Russian-speaking staff is important to us, as those who do not speak English, and if there was always such an employee at the reception desk in the past, now only Aram Shablovsky.He has a huge workload, but he is always polite, attentive and helps to solve all organizational issues.
I would also like to mention the manager Ranula Perera, who will also come to the rescue, in addition to his main duties.And it's just that our good friend , the receptionist of the Rajeev restaurant , whom we have known for 11 years .A real professional.
We remain loyal guests of the Grand Hyatt Dubai Hotel and plan to arrive in March.

Grand Hyatt Dubai is one of the best Hyatt properties that I have stayed in. It has excellent facilities and location. It’s obvious that it has top-notched management and ready-to-help staff. Overall I have had very satisfactory experiences staying at Grand Hyatt Dubai. I only wish I had staying there longer.
