The hotel

Spanning 30 floors, at the Grand Hyatt you can gaze out over the city and, from higher levels, enjoy views of the Cascade Mountains, Lake Union and Elliott Bay. There’s a choice of dining here, including a New York-style deli and a Ruth’s Chris Steak House, so you can get your fill of prime steaks or seafood specialities, like Lobster Tail with Blackening Spices or Louisiana Seafood Gumbo. And when it comes to drinks, the newly opened Elliott Bar will quench your thirst with a nice glass of bubbles - but if you want to take it up to your room, there's Seattle's only champagne vending machine in the lobby! Chill out at the health club’s steam room, sauna or whirlpool, or wander over to the spa at the sister hotel, Hyatt at Olive 8 — its impressive range of eco-conscious treatments will leave you feeling on top of the world.

The Grand Hyatt in Seattle always supplies what we need for a trip to Seattle. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are excellent and the location is convenient. They go out of their way to make your stay is wonderful. Having the Cheesecake Factory! The Deli and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse all in the same block is so handy.

Our room was very comfortable and had many amenities that we really enjoyed! The bathroom had a soaking tub along with a separate shower, which was very relaxing. A refrigerator for personal use is always appreciated vs. one that's basically just a minibar. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Also, the hotel is in an excellent location… Read more

A refrigerator for personal use is always appreciated vs. one that's basically just a minibar. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Also, the hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to get to all the best places in Seattle with only a short walk. We definitely plan to visit Seattle again in the future and would strongly consider the Grand Hyatt! Read less

This hotel is in a great location. We stay there every time we stay in Seattle. Sporting event with family and seeing the holiday sites around the city. It's very festive and fun. We walked to the Monorail which is very close to the hotel. There were lots of holiday activities.

Lovely stay! Great location (close to convention center). Loved the steak house on property. Friendly staff. Loved the rooms, very spacious and clean. We forgot some staples and the hotel accommodated us (very grateful to not have to make a late night trip to a store). Thanks again
