Terrible experience all around (except)! I booked a standard two double bedroom - room! The room was OK. Very small, uncomfortable beds / pillows. Minimal service. I usually stay at the Hyatt Centric (Time Square) every three months - phenomenal hotel! I booked well in advance at the Hard Rock (only because my boy wanted to try it) and paid $815.85 +++ / night from December 16th - 20th. I felt that was an extreme as I've stayed at the Centric for much less for a better room / view. Once I checked in, I inquired on their site and noticed my same room was in the $400 range. They stated "Kindly note our average rates are dynamic and will vary depending on the market, nights of stay and room type" I've never had this experience with the Hyatt Centric! If anything, choose alternatives, like the Hyatt Centric! Honest review!

Milton was the highlight of our first breakfast in New York. He was engaging, full of the festive spirit and just a genuinely nice guy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too. The hotel is simply beautiful, especially all the Christmas decorations.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent facilities and excellent location.
Overall a pleasant, extremely comfortable and friendly hotel about 100 metres from the buzzing of times square, also about 10 minutes walk from the Rockefeller centre and 5th ave, 20 minutes to the empire state building and the summit.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was attentive. Excellent location for 30 Rock, Theaters, and Times Square, walking distance to many places. Superior King room was adequate but not too spacious (I believe thats a NYC Standard). Stayed on 25th floor, not much noise except for the occasional siren. Would stay there again.
