Great experience! The staff at this hotel is FANTASTIC. Tracy, Eric and Deshawn were particularly helpful and kind, going the extra mile to make sure we had a terrific vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, the lobby is lovely and the location is excellent.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff were very personable and helpful... as always! The Hyatt Centric is my favorite place to stay in New Orleans, beautiful hotel, beautiful employees and in walking distance of all the places I like to go!

Nice hotel, but understaffed bar. Wanted to experience all the amenities the hotel had to offer, but the lackluster service at the bar curbed the idea for us. Nice stay overall though, rooms were quiet, great aesthetic in lobby area, especially around Christmas.

We stayed here for a mother/daughter birthday trip and were all really impressed with the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms large and comfortable and the hotels location is perfect, in the action of the French Quarter but quiet and walking distance to everything. Would highly recommended.
