Very Vancouver, this downtown delight brings the city’s signature cool styling, upscale-yet-casual lifestyle, and modern dining scene to your door. It might be stylish and spacious — and have free WiFi on tap — but you won’t want to spend much time in your guestroom — not when your feature-filled hotel has distractions like a gym, Life Luxe Spa, and al fresco sun deck with heated pool and hot tub. Giving you a true taste of British Columbia, Hyatt Regency Vancouver’s bars and restaurants feature fresh regional produce, sustainable seafood, local microbrews, home-grown wines, and artisanal cocktails, as well as the less-local Starbucks® for that pre- and post-sightseeing caffeine fix. The location’s very Vancouver too — eating out, shopping, and sightseeing are effortless with downtown favourite Robson Street just blocks away, and Stanley Park’s beaches, cycling, and totem poles a leisurely stroll.

Super Swifty experience

Staff made our Taylor Swift experience even better w special gifts, a Swifty Scavenger hunt, a room to do friendship bracelets before the concert… just GREAT! And the hotel is high end, clean, and beautiful. No opportunity to try good or pool or hot tub—next time!
Should've done more about the Bedbugs in my Room

I want to start off saying it is a very nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, when I woke up, I found a bug on my bed. I squished it and then proceeded to take a picture with google lens to identify what it was since I'd never seen a bug like it before. I was freaked out when it said that it was a bedbug and promptly called the front desk. They assured me that they would move me to a different room, and clean/sanitize our belongings. They did what they promised while we were at my son's sporting event and had our cleaned belongings brought to us in our new room later that day. I was later contacted by email claiming that their specialist had found no bug or bug breeding area in room #917, which I find hard to believe since the bug I found was full grown. I am happy with how they provided a different room and cleaned our belongings, but still feel that for $290/night, I shouldn't have had to deal with bedbugs and there should have been some type of compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

Just a little something that acknowledges the fact that we are probably paying 5x regular rate because of the concert.

Swiftie experience beyond our expectations.
Dec 10, 2024Karen J
We visited for the last weekend of the Eras Tour and we were blown away by the hotel and all of the thoughtful perks they provided. From Themed activities and gifts to cocktails and other services leaning in to the Eras and Swiftie Theme. There was even a photo op ballroom with balloons themed by different Eras.
