Water View King Premier Rooms are 475 sq ft and have and views of the marina, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites are 700 sq ft and have floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious living area, 2 pool lounge chairs reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, and preferred restaurant reservations at Area 31. With 1 king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview One Bedroom Suites are 950 sq ft and have 2 private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, separate living room, chilled bottle of premium bubbles or wine, 2 pool lounge chairs and a cabana reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, preferred restaurant reservations in all Miami Kimpton restaurants, 2 pairs of Samba Sol flip flops, Avant Gallery curated art tour (reservations required), and access to the 29th floor special event experiences in the lounge. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Valet parking $44 plus tax, per night (payable locally, subject to change).

Yesterday we went to Zuma and had a great experience but above all the valet parking service was outstanding. Adolfo went way beyond his duties to accommodate our needs. Very professional and attentive. Highly recommended it. All the family was pleased.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Motel is well decorated and balcony is very nice. A couple of issues with room but let management know for next guest.zzzzzzzzzzzzxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccvvvgvv

Excellent service, with great manner and so friendly. Rodolfo gave us the best service ever bringing our car from valet. Very quick service. We order our car from the room, and when we came to the lobby it was already waiting for us. Highly recommend the hotel and service.

Was looking so forward to our stay at Kimpton Epic in Miami. We stayed three nights. First off hotel is very nice but paying almost $70 a night to park your car. Our room wasn't cleaned the whole time we stayed. Even texted with people from hotel asking if we want room cleaned while we are at pool at noon. They said they would send them right up.… Read more

Well we went to our room after 3 and the room hadn't been touched. Went to var by pool 2 nights because they have a happy hour. We sat at table fir probably 10 minutes while theirs 3 bartenders at bar. Only 2 people sitting at bar. I walk up to bar and stand their, nothing was said. We left. We told front desk about it. Second day we go back their and sit at bar. We ordered fish and chips and 2 drinks. We had 2 more drinks and sat their while bartender walked past our empty glasses multiple times. Finally my husband said he wanted a certain bourbon that was on the menu with coke. The bartender brings him a glass of wine. My husband said I ordered bourbon and coke. Bartender said we don't serve that bourbon. My husband said why's it on your menu? So we didn't get that drink and paid our bill. Oh by the way they already put the gratuity on the bill. So they don't care if they give good service because gratuity is already added in. We go downstairs to get our car standing next to another couple that was at bar. They were telling us they left because of service. They were going to eat dinner but left. They told us as we left var the bartender was bad mouthing us to other co workers and guest. So unprofessional. I work at a hotel and would never do that for guest to hear. We did finally get a $100 credit but I will never stay their again. Read less
