Very dark inside the room, more lights need to be added. Front reception - half the staff did not have good customer service, not interested in helping out or giving suggestions for tourist attractions. Rest of the staff were otherwise good.

You have to go to the rooftop and look at the views of the surrounding areas which are incredible. The beds are so comfortable. I slept right through the night, which is odd for me. The neighborhood is very safe and you can walk by yourself to nearby shops & cafes on Melrose. I would highly recommend staying here.

Also bedside Internet Access ports and electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. A television in the living area and the bedroom area, an outdoor balcony and an effective HVAC mini split. There’s also free Wi-Fi. I have stayed here for years and have never been disappointed.
