Shady Behavior

We had prepaid for the room and then they tried to tack on a "resort" fee. Not being up front with all charges is not customer friendly. My husband paid for drinks at the bar and they added an extra $25. This is all shady behavior. We were extremely disappointed.

Great location, clean hotel and friendly and prompt service when needed. Genesis was particularly helpful in finding me a room to make my business trip significantly more comfortable! I will Definitely stay here again when back in DC for business travel.
Pelotons broken - really screwed up my stay

I choose this hotel because they advertise having Peloton bikes in their gym. I am reviewing them lower than I would because neither bike works, and nobody at the hotel seems to know the access code to fix the bikes (one of the two bikes is an easy fix - just needs to update the date/time in settings and bike will properly connect again - it hasn't worked since June 2024; the other bike has wiggly handlebars and the fore/aft on the seat is broken). If you are like me and choose hotels because they have Pelotons, be wary of booking here - they do indeed have the bikes but 0/2 on their bikes being rideable.

Don’t eat in restaurant!
Dec 3, 2024JennBryanRoslyn, New York
Room was nice and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind. Restaurant was ridiculously expensive which would be one thing that would cause me not to return. $10 for a glass of iced tea (brand on line is $2.45 for 25 tea bags). Would be funny if not true.
Bravo !
