The hotel

Where is it

On the southern side of the Las Vegas Strip, on the top four floors of Park MGM Las Vegas. Transfer time from Las Vegas International Airport: 10 minutes.

Hotel information

293 rooms and suites on floors 29-32. All with air-conditioning, custom furnishings, Bellino linens, flat-screen TV, WiFi, mini-bar*, hairdryer, handheld clothes steamer and safe. Classic Rooms have a shower room and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Salon Double Rooms have 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Atelier Rooms are larger with a walk-in shower and a freestanding pedestal bathtub and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Grande Suites have one bedroom, a separate living area, a walk-in shower and a freestanding pedestal bathtub, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

 

 A rollaway bed can be provided for an additional guest*.

Self-parking $18 and valet parking $35 (Mon-Thur), $40 (Fri-Sun), plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change). The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability). Credit card payment for valet parking. Parking may be charged to a guest’s room bill.

This hotel has a resort fee of $50 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Staff is very welcoming in all departmets. The food is always superb at Bavette's Steakhouse. The servers give great insight and recommendations. No smoking throughout is awesome, no smelling like an ash tray after a night i the casino. Much better than other casinos.

Room kept impeccably clean. Lots of waters provided. Bathroom was prepared quite nicely with plenty of soaps. Internet had been off line earlier but the hotel staff was resourceful in bringing it back on line. Lots of towels provided. temperature was set comfortably

The tvs are small. Very little toiletries. Housekeeping only replenished the snacks did not clean the room! My issues are more with the host that was in high limit offering literally ZERO help for an issue that I was blatantly lied to about..

Thermostat broke twice and wouldn't warm up the room. It was originally set to 72°F which was blowing cold air. Then it got set to 80° and the hot air worked for a few hours. Lastly it ended up being set to 85°. And im from Chicago. Also got shrimp in my food when I made a note of my shrimp allergy in the room service app.

The guest service is ALWAYS top notch. Rooms are immaculate. Parking and getting to the room is the easiest without having to make a long track through an entire casino to find guests elevators and navigate to room. Located near everything you could need and want.
