My second home, the business lounge, Rachel takes great care of me, the food, the service, breafast is ok, but the lounge is special. Its cozy and welcoming. Always helpfull. The hotel itself is in the most perfect location, right pn the beach beside the marina and gordon pool.
Visit Tel Aviv and Stay at The Renaissance

I have been a guest of this hotel for decades. It never disappoints. In addition to the amenities, upkeep, and renovations over the years, much of the staff remains. It’s like visiting family and in these turbulent times I never felt safer. The views and beach cannot be matched.
First choice in TelAviv

As usual, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with everything. Appreciated the 5 star service, the swimming pool, lobby and sea views. This hotel's location cannot be met, for enjoying the best beach, the markets, both TelAviv and Yaffo ports, shopping. We choose them every year.

Wonderful stay at the renaissance hotel tel Aviv made particularly special by warm hospitality of the executive lounge manager Rachel. She was an absolute gem, helpful and welcoming and making our stay magical. The front desk manager was also great and catered to all of our needs with grace and great professionalism.

Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming.
While the location is convenient and the staff was generally okay, several aspects of our experience were disappointing.
Room (3rd floor):
* Maintenance issues: non-functioning safe, broken balcony door (took over an hour to fix)
* Cleanliness concerns: noticeable dust accumulation
* Average minus overall condition
Amenities:
* Breakfast: Reasonable with good variety
* Dinner: Overpriced at ~68 USD/250 ILS per person
* Pool: Small but adequate, not crowded
* Valet Parking: Acceptable service (100 ILS/day) but lack of covered parking
Staff:
* Generally helpful and pleasant
* Could improve responsiveness to room issues
The security team's suggestion to wait in the room for safe repairs was inconvenient, but overall, the staff was okay. The main issue was the value for money, which wasn't reasonable given the maintenance problems and cleanliness concerns.
While the hotel's location is a plus, improvements in room upkeep would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite the friendly staff, the hotel needs to address these issues to provide better value for the price charged.
