Overall, our experience at the hotel was good but not excellent. There were several issues that impacted our stay. First, there was no microwave in the rooms, and on our last day, we needed to warm up leftover food for breakfast before heading to the airport to avoid missing our flight. When we asked the reception for assistance, they declined to help. We then requested to speak with the kitchen manager, but we were informed that it was against hotel policy to warm up food for guests. This was quite unusual, as in our previous hotel experiences, even if a microwave wasn’t available in the room, there were typically provisions for such requests. Additionally, the toilet and flush in our room were not functioning properly, and there was a persistent water leak in the bathroom. The elevator to access the pool and beach was also out of service, requiring us to exit the hotel and use a bypass to reach these amenities, which was very inconvenient. Lastly, the lobby was not an ideal space for waiting, as it lacked a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere. The design of the stairs also left much to be desired. These issues, unfortunately, detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. Read less

Solé Solo, my happy place in sunny isles. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and quiet. I loved waking up to the sunrise every morning in the partial view 1 bed room. Don’t ever make the mistake of trying double tree next door which I did once and would never go back. There’s something calm and peaceful about Solé, the staff… Read more

Don’t ever make the mistake of trying double tree next door which I did once and would never go back. There’s something calm and peaceful about Solé, the staff are also highly professional and easygoing. I was surprised to find a sauna and steam room available. I will always be grateful and thankful and excited to come back to my home away from home. “Ce la Vie — Solé La Vie”. Miss you already! Read less

I got upgraded from a standard room to a suite and the room was gorgeous! The king sized bed was super comfortable and the bathroom lighting was perfect. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the private beach was the hot spot for relaxing

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. It only looks nice but behind the facade are lots of cracks, peeling pain, inefficient elevators, and overall very underwhelming. The pool is small and dirty. Food expensive at the pool with all the charges. The beach is the best thing of the hotel.

Condo with nowhere to eat in the unit. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with no washer dryer access. To be clear - there ARE washer dryers in the unit but they are kept under lock and key and inaccessible. ?????? Not sure what to make of that. Balconies have no furniture?????? I called and asked if we could have some balcony furniture and they said that unit was owned by someone who opted not to pay for the furniture (????). But I have to pay the same rate for the room?? You can receive 2 packages before they make you pay per package that comes in. We arrived right before Christmas and they were doing some kind of construction. They informed us that there is no way to access the pool or the beach, other than to leave the hotel on foot down to the street level and then find the beach access that is open to the public and follow that path. Not sure why I still had to pay full price for this hotel?? We booked this room in July for December and ended up with a bad suite on a low floor looking at the gross building next door. Even the 2/2 suites do not have wrap around balconies and they have no views (unlike other places on the sunny isles strip). The front staff was rude. The manager was ok but the others were rude Af. The one lady rudely tried to explain to me why she couldn’t move us to a different room because “if someone books before we move you they have priority” but we booked in July …… the math ain’t mathing. We booked for 9 nights and I wanted to leave on night 1. Read less
