Superior Balcony Rooms are 250 sq ft and have views of the atrium from the private balcony, with 1 king-size or queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Rooms are 350 sq ft and have views of the atrium from the private balcony, with easy access to the rooftop pool, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Ocean View Rooms are 250 sq ft and have views of Lummus Park and the ocean, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Classic Suites are 550 sq ft and have a separate living room, with 1 king-size bed plus sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Superior Pool View Suites are 475 sq ft and have views of the swimming pool and a separate living room, with 1 king-size bed plus sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Superior Double Balcony Suites are 500-650 sq ft and have views of the atrium or city from a private balcony, with a separate living room and 1 king-size bed plus sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Royal Suites are 600 sq ft and have views of Lummus Park and the Atlantic ocean, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maxmum 2 adults.

Skyline Bungalow Suites are 625 sq ft and are steps from the rooftop pool, with a private balcony and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Because one of our three rooms was distinctly moldy-smelling, we received another room without a fuss. My fav area is the lobby. Good people watching. Great piano players. Efficient staff. Breakfast is very good. The pool on the roof is not too small. Though beware the clickbait pics. This is not a huge area but is a nice place to spend part of the day. The beach is after all right across the avenue. The rooftop bar is run by happy seasoned bartenders including Gustavo who gave us great advice and friendly professional service. Read less
