The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to Yau Ma Tei MTR Exit A, providing easy access to the MTR. It’s within walking distance of the Ladies' Market and numerous food joints nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms in the main area of the hotel are spacious and comfortable, contributing to a great stay.
However, I would recommend booking two standard connecting rooms instead of the family room, as the family room was much smaller than expected and not ideal for family needs.
While most of the staff were fine, Senior Assistant Manager Peter Li truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist us, offering a professional solution that resolved our issues, ensuring a more comfortable experience, and making our stay memorable. We were able to enjoy our trip fully!
Overall, it was a good stay, and I look forward to future visits to your hotel. I will definitely recommend CityView to my friends and family.

All the staff, especially the one attending the reception and concierge, are polite, knowledgeable, helpful and patient in answering our questions. Checking in and out is fast and efficient. The room and other public areas in the hotel are very clean.
There is water dispenser in the lobby for the guests to fill up their water bottle. You can also borrow a scale to weigh your luggage prior to going to to the airport. These are very convenient for the guests staying at this hotel.
