In North Hollywood, just minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood℠. Less than 10 minutes drive to the Walk of Fame and a bit further to Beverly Hills. Transfer time from Los Angeles International Airport: 30 minutes (depending on traffic).

All with a private balcony, air-conditioning, 37" flat-screen TV with access to streaming apps, fridge, bathroom amenities, in-room safe, tea/coffee-making facilities, complimentary WiFi, hairdryer, iron and board (on request). All rooms and balconies are non-smoking. Deluxe Rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

This hotel is beautiful. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here if visiting LA. All staff polite and welcoming. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were spotless. Hope to return again one day. Thank you so much 🙂

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at the Garland for the first time over the Thanksgiving weekend. We chose this hotel because of its location near Warner Brothers and Universal studios where we had reservations for various activities. The positive reviews and affordable pricing convinced us to choose the Garland over its competitors. We didn't have any expectations beyond a decent room, but from the moment our taxi drove up to the front doors, we felt a warm welcoming vibe. The property is well maintained, attractive, clean and well laid out. We were so impressed with the excellent service from all staff members. We were made to feel welcome and valued. Our room was very nice, and clean. Several times during our stay we requested extra items and received them promptly and curtiously. The restaurants and bar were also excellent. Very nice pool area. Added so much to our holiday getaway. Already planning to return. Read less

My parents met in Hollywood in the 70’s- my mom was visiting in my dad’s memory. Due to traffic and 50 years of changes her plans seemed unlikely. The staff had ideas, tips and routes to help her. An emotion and beautiful stay made possible by the staff’s eagerness to help. It was very clean and the pool and grounds were gorgeous.

Lots of amenities. Great gym, restaurant, and bars. Funky 70s vibe. Beautiful pool. Great service. Easy trolly to Universal Studios. Easy Uner to Warner Brothers studio. Saturday they had a local market on site. Very clean and great location.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights whilst on our multi-destination tour of the West Coast. It is quite simply one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bedrooms are well furnished/decorated, the pool and the hot tubs are amazing, the restaurant food is excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our trip to Los Angeles was not for Universal (we spent most of our time touring film studios and roaming Beverly Hills!), but the shuttle bus to the theme park would make it very convenient for families. The shuttle also stopped at the metro station, which was very convenient for us too. In addition to the rooms and the impeccable service, the hotel offers movie nights in the pool, fab cocktails and a cute little shop/information stand. I will be returning back to LA in the future and there is no question as to which hotel I will be booking. Thanks you so much for a wonderful stay and making our holiday! Read less
