Worst experience ever!!! Do not recommend! Terrible service! Can't get into bar for a drink even as a hotel guest. 40 minute wait. Don't park your car with Valet. Will take over an hour to get your car and they don't care. Hotel dirty! Tried to communicate with manager regarding problems and they were always "too busy. They will contact you."… Read more

The Newbury Boston is our ‘home away from home’. Another FABULOUS experience. We have returned time and again because of their personal and professional service. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Boston! Great to be here for the holidays.

Beautiful room, super clean, very comfortable. I had a few drinks in the bar on the 17th floor. The staff was extremely pleasant and the view was beautiful. They had a good drink selection, and while I didn't eat, from what I saw, the food looked good. I had dinner at an event. The food was excellent, and the staff was helpful.

Our stay at The Newbury Boston was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel special. I have never been treated so well by hotel staff. Everything about our stay was perfect. Can't recommend it enough!

Wonderful staff! Spacious rooms with great views of the park. Restaurant/bar is cozy and the food is delicious. Check in was smooth as well as checking out. Bellmen went the extra mile to help. Highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel when in Boston.
