We asked for a $53 suite upgrade in advance of checking in. At check-in, they said that for an additional $50 they could upgrade us to an even better suite.
At checkout, they said no it’s $113 in addition to the $53, and the manager said that he would check with the original Clerk who checked us in and refund us the difference.

We never heard from them again!
That’s $63 times three nights plus tax and fees that they owe us – approximately $250!
It’s been two weeks, and we are still waiting!

The place is awesome. Tons of amenities, clean and great rooms, friendly staff, walkable locations everywhere near the hotel, and more. I recommend this place to everyone. The atmosphere is somewhat quieter and less crowded than the Venetian, which I liked, but you have full access to the Venetian if you’d like, and it’s very close by. I will be back!

Excellent hotel, delicious food, beautiful rooms- convenient location. Feels less like a casino than other Vegas hotels- considerate, friendly staff. Tried other hotels but currently my favorite with a reasonable price compared to other top end Vegas hotels.
