100 apartments across 20 blocks within the V&A Waterfront Marina. All with private balconies or patios, complimentary WiFi access, satellite TV, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, and fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and toaster, tea/coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

1-Bedroom Luxury and Deluxe Apartments feature an open plan dining/living area and canal or waterfront views, with either 1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 king-size bed, or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

2-Bedroom Luxury and Deluxe Apartments feature waterfront or canal views and two bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

3-Bedroom Luxury and Deluxe Apartments feature waterfront or canal views and two bathrooms, sleeping maximum 6 people.

Lots of excellent restaurants in the surrounding V&A Waterfront.

4 swimming pools located in the complex, as well as the Quarterdeck Gym and lap pool. Spa bookings* can be made at nearby The Bay Hotel or Camps Bay Retreat.

After a 25 minute or so Uber ride from CPT airport, we arrived late morning - reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, stored our luggage whilst we relaxed at the pool after coming off of a night flight from the UK! After a 25 minute or so Uber ride from CPT airport, we arrived late morning - reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, stored our luggage whilst we relaxed at the pool after coming off of a night flight from the UK! Room was ready at 3pm, we were driven to the room and shown around our 2 bed apartment - we absolutely loved it! Apartment was so spacious, gorgeous views and appliances and bathrooms equally as good. The complex is super safe and only a short walk to the waterfront where you'll fine many restaurants and bars! The waterfront village is also minutes walk to the Hotel Silo which was fantastic for an evening meal and drinks, also Hotel One and Only which was worth a visit for a drink. Overall everything was perfect for our stay and I'm so glad we opted to stay in the waterfront village- the location for me was 10 out of 10. Swimming pools were quiet and relaxing! The only slight hiccup was when ordering ubers, some drivers found it difficult to get into the property - as there's various entrances and top notch security- however if your room is located close to reception, order your uber from "Luxhill apartments" and that's usually easier for the drivers to find - you can also stroll across to the V and A waterfront for ubers too. The check in process was a little too chaotic but got there eventually. Beyond that a great apartment in a fantastic location.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Perfect location for waterfront restaurants, shops and amenities. The quality of the apartment was first class, huge balcony looking over the canal and view from rear bedrooms of Table Mountain.

We had already contacted them prior to our stay to confirm our room choice of Palgrave 102 and had received a confirmation. Our check in was amazing it took about 15mins and then another 10min wait for a car to take us over to the apartments, but we were very happy to relax in their reception area, it was comfortable and spacious and we were given water, our cards and a map. We had quite a few questions and Zenthia and Janine were super helpful. When we arrived at our apartment we were shown around and given a brief overview which was great. The apartment itself was clean, really big considering its a 1 bedroom. the location was perfect, the bed was incredibly comfortable. We wish we had been staying longer than 3 nights. The cards & security gates were super easy to navigate had no issues with anything at all whilst we were there. there was no Load shedding for the entire stay. We felt welcome and safe in the surrounding area and can't wait to return we will definitely be asking for Palgrave 102 again ( we did see some apartments online via reviews that had comments saying they were dated or not clean) ours was perfect.
