This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this hotel, and each visit has gotten progressively more disappointing. Also not the place to be if you get sick. It feels like my room is downgraded with each visit (from floor to view) , which is understandable, bc as a platinum member I probably got an upgrade the first time, and each time after that just got what was available. Still disappointing, but not a big deal. I was feeling sick this trip and was mostly confined to my room, I ordered room service the first night, but by the next day I didn’t want anything on the menu (just needed some comforting soup and was tired of their clam chowder) and I ordered outside food and needed utensils. Room service said it would take 35min to bring utensils. Or needing to heat the outside food ($10 fee and also 30 minute wait). Or the lack of 24 hour room service- I was inside on back to back calls and tried to order lunch and was told no room service available during the day. Then when checking out, the printers were broken, there were mistakes on the bill, I had to rush out so they said they would fix it and email me. But over, just left me feeling not great about the hotel. That said, bed was comfy. Rooms were in decent condition, and most importantly the location is close to our offices. If it were not for the location, I would stay elsewhere, and would not recommend the hotel. Read less
