I had a booked and confirmed reservation for this hotel to spend the Christmas holiday with my son and grandson who travelled from Utah only to have the reservation cancelled by yotel 23 hours prior to check in via an email stating that the payment had been declined. I did not get a phone call stating that there was a problem and upon checking with my card company there was no problem except that yotel had entered something wrong. Contacted yotel and they basically said nothing that could be done they already gave the room to someone else and no one could help me tilll after the holiday and they had no manager or owner. Sorry no other rooms are available. I have multiple reservations and non refundable activities paid for for our dream holiday vacation that we can not do because I don’t think sleeping in the subway is something that I my grandson really deserves Read less

Best things: 1) could store luggage prior to check-in making city exploring easier and more enjoyable, 2) near time square, 3) safe walking and exploring Worst things: 1) found out why the bathroom floor was peeling and in poor repair, 2) went to take a shower in the morning and discovered the overhead shower fixture did not work, 3) fortunately… Read more

Was so grateful not to be traveling alone because he was able to go get more towels and report the issue. I was also concerned that no one apologized ( based on the floor state when we arrived, this had clearly happened many times before) and no one came to look at it. We spoke to them again at checkout and still no good response. Read less

A very poor experience overall, this hotel did not meet my or my family’s standards. The room felt like a student dormitory. It offered no bathroom privacy- the door on the bathroom is not a full door and it does not lock. No in room coffee maker and no in room mini fridge. It offered no bathroom privacy- the door on the bathroom is not a full door and it does not lock. No in room coffee maker and no in room mini fridge. For the price per night, I had higher expectations. The 4th floor unisex washroom on the amenity floor was a turn off. The breakfast at Green fig was also disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel. Thank goodness we only booked one night, we could have not stayed for a 2nd. Read less

Good location (not far from Times Square) and fair price considering others at Christmas time and room was an ok size (albeit very clean) but check in wasn’t great and charging £40 for an early (1 hour) check in and $3 per item to store luggage is taking the mick

Very small rooms but comfy and clean ! As your not in the rooms enough it was perfect for a short stay. Not much hanging space for clothes needed to live out of our cases. But again only stayed for 5 nights so was fab. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t your place. But for short stay when not in rooms much it’s all you need clean and cosy.… Read more
