Amazing and absolutely stunning resort. The room was gorgeous. The landscaping is so lush and well kept. The prettiest Sandals we have been to yet. All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Jeffery at Gatsu Gatsu was so kind and loved his job. Devonte on the entertainment committee was so fun. All the bar tenders were great. The food was all delicious. We didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. Parasol was very slow as far as service but the food was great. I do wish Sandals would step up their game as far as entertainment. This resort was probably the worst for it, but maybe it’s meant to be more relaxing, I don’t know. My only complaint is the beds. They were so firm I could barely move every morning. I thought it was just me but the other couple said the same thing. So if you like hard beds it will be your dream bed. Top it off off with the feather pillows that totally flatten as soon as you lay on them, sleeping was not good. I couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed. Also, there were only 2 “American” outlets to use and they were both in the bedroom by the bed. So getting ready was hard. Luckily I had taken a separate light up mirror so I used that to see to fix my hair. Take an adapter for more outlets for sure! Those are both minor things that would never deter me from going again though. It is just so beautiful, I miss it already. Well done, Sandals!! Read less

My husband and I went to Sandals St. Vincent in January 2025. We spent most of our time scuba diving and the dive operation at the resort was excellent. A very hard working team! We obtained our Padi Rescue Diver and Lion Fish Tracker certifications while there. Vanessa was an excellent instructor! Chef Stanley at Butches restaurant, offered to prepare a large Lionfish for us that we captured during one dive. It was delicious and we really appreciate the extra effort he made to prepare it for us to try! All of the people on staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The resort is gorgeous and everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The only reason I am giving the resort 4 stars is because the food venues are limited for dinner (2 require reservations which can be difficult to obtain) and of the 3 remaining, one of the 3 was closed on any given night, which resulted in lengthy waiting periods for tables and slow service, as the staff was overwhelmed. The food quality at dinner was a bit uneven as well. The local food restaurant (Bucchan) was our favorite for dinner! Excellent service and great food. Also, enjoyed the lunch choices at Parisol, as well as the amazing views! Read less

Our first trip to a Sandals and we liked that the resort was new. Resort is very pretty and built on a beautiful setting. We visited for a week and enjoyed the setting. Room was nice and spacious. We were not happy with the service we received in general. Two out of the seven days we returned to our room in the evening and it had not been cleaned and had to call housekeeping . Three days we had to request wash clothes as none were left after cleaning. Twice at dinner we ordered drinks and never received them and waitress never checked back with us. No maps of facilities so had to ask where things were and a few times were told "I don't know". Pool chairs were a total mess with many quest feeling their chairs had been taken by other guest!! All in all not a very enjoyable vacation and feel this is far from a 5 star resort!! Read less

Stunning location and still-new, so very nice, accommodation but the service, whilst apparently well-meaning and friendly is well short of what I'd expected from a so-called 5* resort. Also, the choice of food/restaurant options is poor. The claimed 11 options for food actually boils down to 3 main restaurants and a buffet option. None of the 'main' options open for lunch, so you're left with a buffet or a beach bar. Both of these are okay but not 5*. There is a carry out place (which claims to be 2 places but is 2 halves of one) serving salad 'bowls' or pizza. But my main disappointment was the noise created by certain clients - we can probably all guess the demographic - who congregate at the swim-up pool and render it very unpleasant, bordering on the unusable and at the bar where they shout at full volume whenever something pleases them - and this can be anything from their team scoring a goal (which I believe they may call a touchdown) or simply 'talking' over each other... Other disappointments were wine and beer. The included wines are not good quality: drinkable but not something I would buy in an a la carte restaurant. The managers wine list is okay but the prices are unacceptable - the mark up is close to what you'd pay if buying them elsewhere. I can't understand why they can't simply add a reasonable mark-up which would encourage wine lovers to enjoy a wider range. I saw no one upgrading wine in our 8 nights there. And the beer choice is 'take it or leave it ', i.e., only one - Hairoun, the local beer, which is OK but a 5* resort serving only one beer is unbelievable. A further disappointment is their failure to apply their own policy on 'reserving' sun loungers. I can't stand (not understand) the sort of people who get up at 7am to put towels on beds/chairs and then leave to have breakfast, etc. The whole resort is covered in beach towels with hardly anyone near them at 9.30am. The stated policy is that such towels will be removed at 10am. Not once did I see this happen. I complained and was advised just to remove them myself. Now, I'm no shrinking violet, and that's exactly what I had been doing but that's not the point. If it's policy, carry it out... Not everyone is prepared to do something which could lead to a confrontation. It's unacceptable. Read less

Sandals St. Vincent is an absolutely stunning resort nestled in a secluded cove, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and lush greenery. The landscaping is immaculate, with the team always working hard to keep the property pristine. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The resort offers two pools just steps from the beach, a large pool in the center of the property and a heart shape quiet pool in the back area of the resort. There are plenty of bars scattered across the resort, ensuring guests can enjoy a refreshing drink no matter where they are. The dining experience is outstanding, with Butch’s and Gatsu Gatsu standing out as our favorites. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and meticulously maintained. Mariah, in particular, kept our room impeccable throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness was evident every time we returned to our room. It was always fresh, tidy, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. One small drawback, though, was the lack of an outlet in the bathroom for blow-drying and curling hair. Justin, the hotel manager, is also highly engaged with guests, regularly walking the property and chatting with visitors to ensure their stay is perfect. He went above and beyond by organizing a football party at the Rum Bar during the NFL playoffs, which started with just eight people and quickly grew to over 60! It was such a fun experience to meet fellow football fans, and events like this are what make Sandals stand out and keep guests coming back. MP, who oversees the resort's restaurants, is truly an invaluable asset to Sandals. His dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience shines through in everything he does. Not only is he constantly visible, making his rounds from one restaurant to another, but his attention to detail is unmatched. He takes the time to engage with guests, making sure each dining experience is flawless and that every need is met. His passion for his role is infectious, and it creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the entire resort experience. MP's commitment to excellence truly sets the standard for service and makes a significant impact on the overall guest experience. He is truly a hardworking gentleman. Shevena at Gatsu Gatsu was wonderful and took great care of us at the restaurant. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service was exceptional, and she truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Shantous at the pool bar deserves a special mention as well. She was always so friendly, attentive, and quick with a great drink recommendation. Her energy and positivity made our time at the pool even more enjoyable, and her service was always top-notch. Suenique, who served drinks by the pool, was another highlight. She always greeted us with a big smile and a cheerful attitude, making sure we had everything we needed. Her positive energy really added to the relaxed vibe by the pool. Kizzy, the Bar pool attendant, is absolutely outstanding. This young lady is one of the hardest working staff members we encountered. Not only did she serve drinks with a smile, but she was also constantly gathering up bottles and glasses, keeping the pool area neat and tidy without ever missing a beat. Her dedication and work ethic really stood out, and she was always so friendly and approachable. Mendoza made sure we were well taken care of at Butch’s. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a great dining experience was evident throughout our meal. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Carol, our waitress at Butch’s, set the perfect tone for our dining experience with her warmth and the prettiest smile. From the moment we sat down, her cheerful attitude made us feel welcome and special. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional meal. One of my very favorites is Darolis. From the moment we met her, she went above and beyond to make our experience at Sora feel incredibly personal and special. She took the time to check on us regularly, always with a smile, and truly made us feel like we were her top priority. We had such a wonderful conversation about her family, and she shared beautiful insights into the culture and spirit of St. Vincent. It’s these genuine connections with people like Darolis that truly capture our hearts and make a stay unforgettable. Her warmth, kindness, and attentiveness were unmatched, and she made every moment with her feel meaningful. It's rare to find someone who puts so much heart into their work, and Darolis truly left a lasting impression on us. She is a shining example of the kind of service and hospitality that makes Sandals so extraordinary. Romana at Sora is another gem! She is such a sweet and welcoming lady with a big heart. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel right at home. Her service was impeccable, always attentive and genuinely caring. It's the personal touch from people like Romana that makes the experience even more memorable. Deslorne was so helpful getting our luggage together for our return trip. His assistance and friendly demeanor made the departure process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated the extra care he took to make sure everything was in order. Brensford takes care of the grass and he was very informative of the different types of vegetation. He inquired about our stay and very knowledgable. Great person to chat with and hard worker. He makes the grounds beautiful We had a wonderful vacation and we will be back to Sandals St. Vincent! Read less
