We also stayed there for a few nights following our catamaran trip before traveling home. We chose a room with a kitchenette as we like a light breakfast. The hotel was very clean and had great views. We used the pool most mornings, it was well kept and clean. We ate at the three close restaurants, The Loft, Cafe Soleil and The Float Beach Bar. All Three were very good , my husband also enjoyed ice cream from the ice cream shop. This was a very relaxing hotel and the Staff especially Mrs. Cassandra Brown and Steven at the front desk were very helpful. Mrs Brown arranged our transportation to and from the airport and also helped with a day tour of the Botanical Gardens and the island. Read less

My husband and I spent two nights at Blue Lagoon in November (before going on to Bequia for a week) and had a great stay! Our second floor, marina view room was perfect- very clean, well furnished, comfortable and quiet. The furnished porch was a great place to watch the comings and goings of the marina. My husband went out diving both days with Serenity Divers right there on property which was very convenient. I enjoyed the pool while he was gone in the mornings and had it practically to myself. The grounds were immaculately groomed. The very well supplied convenience store came in handy for drinks and snacks but it would be a very nice amenity for boaters stocking up on groceries, liquor, etc. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. A very special thank you to Mrs. Cassandra Harris, Senior Guest Services Agent, who was so patient and kind with my many questions and emails during the booking process and in person at the resort- she is a true gem! We enjoyed our stay and very much appreciate the professionalism and hospitality of the staff! Read less

Though reception staff was courteous and helpful, it would have been nice if I was asked at check out whether I enjoyed my stay. Would I stay here again? The answer is yes, on condition that the room has view of the marina. Read less

This is a small boutique hotel spread across a marina and hillside. Upon checking in, the staff were confused about our booking as it had been altered at the last minute. Staff were also unsure of what the inclusions were in our package. The room I was assigned was inconveniently perched at the top of a very steep hill up about 40 large stairs. This was very difficult when carrying a heavy bag. My room was nice and airy, but only had a view of trees and a little bit of the hotel pool. It had an adjoining door and the people next door were easily heard speaking in normal voices. Our included breakfast seemed fine, until after day one, they started running out of basic items. No mangoes today, no bananas today (for the smoothies). One day they didn't have eggs! The breakfast is ordered off a menu and not buffet and the price of each item tallied up. Late in my stay I was told that I'd exceeded my daily quota for breakfast and was asked to pay extra. The marina offers free paddle boards for use during daylight hours only. The beach was dark due to the volcanic nature of the island. There is a small and expensive shop within the complex to grab some groceries. The biggest tip I can give you is - head to Flowt - it's a bar at the western end of the marina under the trees. Fantastic food, friendly service and cheap beers. Read less

The hostess explained bout not haven't napkins but she will make things work with Browne papers bags which we said we was okay. I don't know if the young lady who pass cross had problem with it she ask my hostess if she have napkins which I think she say said excuse me as in manner sake but they way she talked to hostess was not pleasant at all she could wait till we gone and speak to the young lady but to walking away after and still talking about it in lobby where we can hear was very nasty from the hostess side I could of tell she felt bad because she didn't even allow us to tip her thinking it's her fault we had to witness that I do hope that the manager or who so ever the person apologize to young lady because she had lost her smile that night we could of felt the warm feeling she bring to us was gone even though we ask her if she is okay . Her response is that it's okay everyone has their problem and sometimes take it out on people forgive and forget life goes please cherish and do hope u can have her working at the dock side more especially knowing she put kids needs before the adults and entertain with them. Please note I don't know my hostess but do show her some form of appreciation for us Read less
